About Czech Stuff

Czech Stuff was created by an ordinary Czech girl living in amongst the rolling hills of south west England - that would, in fact, be me - hi. I get bouts of writing fever every now and then, and one day I just thought "Why not tell the world about all the wonderful Czech things?!" So I came up with a name, made a website and wrote my first few blog posts. Oh and I mustn't forget the funky mushroom logo! I wasn't sure about a logo... Originally there was a Czech heart in the design but then I started seeing Czech hearts everywhere! So it had to be changed. And I thought "What do all Czechs have in common??" You got it, MUSHROOMING! And that's how the mushrooms found their way into the logo 🙂

And the shop? Well, I don't know...I just suddenly got this idea of making an online shop with all things Czech - like Krtek toys, Tatra trucks, Czech alcohol and babovka baking moulds 🙂 I scoured the web and realized that Amazon sells all sorts of Czech-related products. But they were scattered all over the place and not always easy to find. So I have gathered them all into my little online shop right here on Czech Stuff. You can browse through them all and if you fancy anything you can just simply click and buy them through my affiliate links on Amazon (and if you do I will get a small commission from your purchase - at no extra cost to you). I'm adding things in all the time so come back soon to see what's new 🙂

If you have any questions or suggestions, I'll be happy to hear them all. Just use the comments section or the contact page.

I hope you enjoy your visit here!

Ahoj 🙂
